How do I sync my data across devices? +

HitchPlan automatically syncs your data across all your Apple devices using iCloud. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and that iCloud is enabled for HitchPlan in Settings โ†’ [Your Name] โ†’ iCloud โ†’ Apps Using iCloud.

Can I share my wedding planning with my partner? +

Yes! Use the Share feature to invite your partner to collaborate. Go to Settings โ†’ Sharing โ†’ Invite Partner. They'll receive an invitation to join your wedding planning space. Both of you can add and edit information in real-time.

How do I export my guest list for my caterer? +

Navigate to Guests โ†’ Dietary Summary. Tap the Share button in the top right corner. You can export a formatted summary that includes meal choices, dietary restrictions, and allergy information - perfect to send to your caterer.

Is my wedding data secure? +

Absolutely. All your data is stored locally on your device and encrypted by iOS. If you use iCloud sync, your data is encrypted end-to-end by Apple. We never have access to your personal wedding information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How accurate is the weather forecast? +

Weather forecasts within 10 days of your wedding use real-time data from Apple WeatherKit and are highly accurate. For dates further out, we show historical averages for that time of year and location, giving you a general idea of what to expect.

Is Apple Watch support available? +

Yes! HitchPlan includes a full-featured Apple Watch companion app. View your countdown, check and complete tasks, see RSVP counts, browse vendors, and review your wedding day timeline - all from your wrist. The watch app syncs seamlessly with your iPhone via iCloud.

How do I delete my account and data? +

To delete all your data: 1) Open HitchPlan โ†’ Settings โ†’ Delete All Data. 2) Confirm the deletion. 3) If using iCloud, go to iOS Settings โ†’ [Your Name] โ†’ iCloud โ†’ Manage Storage โ†’ HitchPlan โ†’ Delete Data. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data.

Troubleshooting

App Not Syncing
