Premium Subscription

- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can manage subscriptions in your App Store settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
8. Disclaimers
Important: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Weather forecasts will be accurate
- The App will meet all your requirements
- Any errors will be corrected
Weather information is provided for planning purposes only and should not be the sole basis for important decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HitchPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or information
- Loss of profits or revenue

- Reliance on weather forecasts
- Any other damages arising from use of the App
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HitchPlan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or the App
- Is fraudulent or illegal
You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App and your data.
